- A: It is recommended to store the tank in a dry dark place when not in use. Storage out of sunlight will prolong the life of the tank. Do not drop, strike or kick the tank, especially at low temperatures. Tanks become brittle and are subject to cracking at temperatures below 20° Fahrenheit. I bought this sprayer several months ago , however i've only used it on 3 different occasions & ran 4 full tanks of weed killer through it . I went to use it this last weekend and the pump worked for just a few minutes at full pressure and then stopped. The motor comes on but will not build any pressure . I did not purchase the replacement warranty and need to know the best way to fix the pump

Wand is plastic. Worked twice. Cleaned and stored for winter. Brought it back out this year. Hooked it up to quad, filled it with weed spray. When I turned it on it sprayed me in the face with Roundup.
Wand fell apart and spring popped out.

I purchased this 15 gallon sprayer this afternoon. Had three issues within the first 5 minutes. The cap of the drain was put on crooked thus had to use pipe tape as the threads were missed up from the factory. Once I got that fixed filled with test water and turned on the pump the hose blew off the spray wand the crew was not tightened to hold around the wand. Then the spray wand handle broke on the second squeeze. So much for quality control on this unit. Now I have to replace the spray wand.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Exercise in Futility and Frustration

I am usually a calm and mild-mannered person. This sprayer changed all that. I used the sprayer for the first time today and it worked beautifully for about 15 minutes. I have now spent HOURS online attempting to troubleshoot. The sprayer gave a dying gasp and will not start. Then I spent more time attempting to track down a replacement locally. I purchased hoping to complete a job that required little wind. No such luck. I have written few reviews, but this is a piece of junk. Oh, all the hose connections were leaking too so also repaired those.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Please contact our customer service team at 800-831-0027 and they'll be happy to assist you with troubleshooting. Without more information, not sure if it's actually the pump or if it's something else, like the lead wire that may have caused that issue. As for the hose connections, it does state in the manual to ensure all hose clamps are tight before using or testing for the first time.
