Bought the 2 pack model 2368522 2 months ago, tried to replace batteries in one of them and the release button failed. Contacted the customer service number on the instruction, got blown off back to where I bought it at TS and they said after 30 days tough dodo. Tried to find a number for field and stream, good luck with that IT'S MADE OF UNOBTAINIUM. Crap service all around, stick with MOULTRIE TRAIL CAMS. These are junk DO NOT BUY THEM.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Multiple packages of these not powering on at all

Straight out of the box did not power on at all. Put brand new lithium batteries new high quality SD cards in both and neither would power on at all. Tried getting a hold of customer service and they stated that it's a new product and they had no info on the product at all. And that's how they left me hanging basically. Went to the store exchanged that package for another and the next package was exactly the same. Have many other trail cameras and have never had this issue before. If you're going to attempt to buy these make sure to bring some batteries and SD cards with you and test them before you leave the parking lot.

No, I do not recommend this product.
