Absolute trash customer service. The lithium battery dies. You can call or chat, either way you will spend over 1 HOUR trying to convince them (all named Jordan) that the battery does not work. You send pictures, go over the trouble shooting, and get no where. It has been 2 weeks and over 1 hour with Customer service and they refuse to help in any way. Returning this trash camera and letting you know the customer service people are really bad at their jobs.
No, I do not recommend this product.
