Q: it has a mounting strap, so how can i aim it or do i just strap it to a tree and hope for the best?
23 days ago- A: You absolutely do not have to just strap it to a tree and hope for the best! While the default tree strap is great for keeping the camera securely anchored. Don't walk away blindly! How to Verify Your Aim Before Walking Away Strap the camera to the tree at roughly hip-to-waist height (around 3 to 4 feet off the ground), pointing parallel to the terrain. Turn the camera on and let it trigger a few test photos as you step into its path. Pop the SD card out and pop it into a handheld SD card reader attached to your smartphone, or quickly check the images on a digital camera if you brought one along. This saves you from coming back two weeks later only to realize you captured 4,000 photos of the sky or grass22 days agoHelpful?
Q: Will this send a motion detection and picture over my cell phone so I can call the police
24 days ago- A: No, this camera does not have cellular compatibility and cannot send motion detections or pictures to your phone. It stores photos and videos on an SD card, which must be manually retrieved to view the footage.23 days agoHelpful?
Q: Can I use this to sit on my patio and aim it down to see what kind of animal is digging a hole to get under my concrete slab?
2 months ago- A: Yes, you can absolutely use a trail camera for this! Because the Field & Stream 26 MP Trail Camera features infrared night vision, a fast trigger speed, and durable weatherproofing, it is highly effective for monitoring your patio and identifying nighttime diggers2 months agoHelpful?
