Very easy installment. This seems to pretty durable. The output is great. Overall this works very well it gets the job done. So glad to test this our other motor died freat timing.

An inexpensive replacement for your Field & Stream

This was a GREAT upgrade to my old feeder - although not a Field & Stream unit, I was able with a little ingenuity to make this work in my setup - my old feeder motor was well worn from several seasons and having some dispersion problems - the output was weak and it was leading to some hang-ups, clogs, and the dreaded moldy corn if I didn't shake it and stir it ever now and then - this replacement was beefier AND broadcast twice it's normal radius - so much so that for the first time I had a buck jump the back fence to feed in the yard (see provided picture) - shaft is strong, spin rate it great - I'll be moving this feeder wayyy out past its current position, otherwise I'll have them feeding on the back porch due to the increased spread of corn!

Build well, from a brand I trust

Sturdy 12 volt motor. Feels well made, and I expect it to work out in the field for many seasons. Easy replacement with no fitment issues. A great replacement part from a brand I trust. Saved me from buying a new station.
