Typically you will see these units assembled in store whether it be tractor supply, Atwood's or anywhere else for $250+. At $200 compared to the 35"-38" wire grill grate style fire pits, this is a great value. Typically the smaller wire rack style would last 8-12 months before falling apart. I don't see this failing so easily just by the build quality.
