Received a damaged go-kart

I received it today and the go-kart appears used! There are massive scratches throughout the paint. I did not pay to get a go-kart that looks thoroughly used and scratched. I hope I can get this thing exchanged easily!

I'm not sure if the kart that I bought was just a lemon or if these aren't a good product. I assembled it, charged it over night. tested it for about 5 minutes and it was fine. Tried it again and it wouldn't go forward. Reverse was good and it seemed like it was trying to go forward but it wouldn't do it. Tractor supply was good, we ordered another one and we'll see if it's any better.
