Beware! Tractor Supply and Coleman BAD

Arrived a week past the arrival date. Immediately put together and the battery doesn’t work. Spent 30 minutes on hold with customer service, who referred me to Coleman warranty center in Texas. Spent 3 weeks waiting for them to “review” everything, and then they said I have to send the unit to some repair facility. Once I blew up on them, they finally said they would send a battery. Been waiting over a week for them to ship the battery out… still sitting here. After paying all that money, with a broke down Go-Kart and a disappointed little girl. So wrong!

Used Kart that won’t run.

The go kart was extremely scuffed up and definitely appeared used. Additionally, the battery would not hold a charge. I called 10 days ago to address these issues / go through the process of exchange or refund and have not gotten an update when the damaged / inoperable Kart would get picked up. The customer service representative suggested that I just “print a picture” of the go-kart and give it to my children for Christmas.
