Great product and super responsive customer service. Had an issue with one structural part and they promptly sent a replacement. Can’t say enough good things about Drift Hero go cart company. Great product and fun for the kids.

Daughter enjoyed this for one day but hasn't been able to use it again, three out of four wheels bad. Both rear and one front wheel won't hold bead. I pulled the stems, blasted with air, must have dumped a bottle and a half of ruglyde on them. No joy. Bough new tires, will update after new rims get here. Update: we put new tires on, I was right to buy new rims as well. Original rims were very weak, I couldn't use the balltool to remove old tires and had to finish with spoons. New tires holding air just fine after reshaping the old rim. Daughter took it for a spin, after and hour or two reverse won't work. Very shoddy parts.

What a fun toy for the kids! This is the perfect go kart for our 7 and 12 year old, they've been going out multiple times a day on their make shift race track and enjoying for hours at a time. The only thing that could use a little help are the seat belts.
