Q: And one question the support team for tartar hey basket says contact your store to order a frame replacement then another one it says no we don’t sell frames by themselves so which is it because I called and they told me to call the store rep.

Great basket. Just now leaving a review after owning it for 3 years. The ring is starting to rust on the bottom from the horses shuffling it around and scratching the paint off but nothing a wire brush and some Rustoleum paint won't fix. No bends in the tubing. No cracks in the basket. I have one horse that seems to think al the best hay is always on the bottom so she started shoveling the hay out w/ her head. I resolved that issue by putting the hay in a large net. A little more work but now my waste is practically down to zero. Mine probably "travels" more than your avg feeder basket too because I move it outdoors during pretty weather and turn it on its side during bad weather and roll it under their run-in to keep them and the hay warm and dry.

I’ve had this for 2 months and it already has fallen apart. The ring that goes around it has detached from the metal “posts”
