    poor air flow

    I just installed in my 30,000 btu natural gas unit. if you stand 1 foot from it, you can not feel any air flow. Some times its hard to tell if the fan is even on. What good does it do? Waste of money. Cant take it back out because there will be a big hole in the back of heater.

    I have used one of your heaters a floor model for the last 3 years recently bought a wall mount unit for another area of the house I love them both and I continue to buy I give you all a thumbs up up!!
