Q: Our ground is rock and dirt. Is there a proven method to get the spikes through that or will they break or bend easily?
a year ago- A: Hi, These are made of galvanized steel and should not bend or break easily, however, if you know your area could be a challenge, we do recommend softening the area and removing as much rock as possible before installation.a year agoHelpful?
Q: Would this keep rabbits from getting in under thr fence?
2 years ago- A: Hi, Yes if the rabbits are smaller than the 2.5" spacing between the tines.2 years agoHelpful?
Q: What size do you recommend for a 45lb and a 55lb only the 45lb one likes to push and go under the fence
5 years ago- A: Yes the Large Animal Barrier is the model for you. This is a preventative model, be sure to use this one in areas the ground hasn't been disturbed as of yet. If you have any areas that a hole is already established or for the "favorite" digging spots, we suggest the XL model. Be sure to view all the videos available before purchase.5 years agoHelpful?

Q: My very large dog doesn’t dig, but has learned he can push right under my chain-link fence. Will using these secure the bottom of the fence enough that he could not push through and get out?
7 years ago- A: Hello, thank you for your question. Yes, we suggest during installation to "interlock" the units with the bottom links of the fence. This will tie the fence with the ground, extending it's protection underground. For those spots he favors to push and escape, we would suggest looking at the XL model, the closer spikes help grab the ground more.7 years agoHelpful?
Q: Would you suggest the 2" or 3" space for putting around the bottom of a 10' x 10' dog kennel being used for chickens to keep the digging predators out?
7 years ago- A: Thank you for the question. Depending on the gap between the fence and the ground, we would suggest either the Small/Med Animal Barrier with the 2" spacing or the XL Animal Barrier with 1.5" spike spacing. Be sure to check the space between fence and ground, if the space is greater than 4 inches, the XL is the model you need. If the fence is rather close to the ground the Small/Med model will work.7 years agoHelpful?
Q: My dog is about 66 lbs. Will this keep him in?
