This is not Tractor Supply’s fault. They are working with me to solve this issue. The box containing the compressor was all tore up. Unfortunately I didn’t notice that parts had fallen out of the box during transport. The blame falls 20% on the transport company for being so rough on the product. 80% of the blame goes to DeWalt for poor packaging. Other companies do a much better job of packaging heavy products.

Would not recommend this air compressor. I think the compressor would work well, but... there were some issues right out of the box. Hardware was just loose in box. We had to sort and shake out all the cardboard packing to find all the bolts and washers. Instruction manual was caught in the packing tape inside and was quite damaged. Instruction manual assembly instructions did not even show the spacing bushing for the wheels. After 2-1/2 hours on the phone with 6-8 different departments and companies I was routed to I was told by a Dewalt manager " We just had an email about this model yesterday and we don't have anything to do with it." I had even been referred to a company called FNA that on the back of the instruction manual it says "Manufactured by FNA." The FNA customer service said they don't make air compressors for Dewalt, only power washers. After all the lack of support, we put it back in the box and returned it. Can't imagine is there were issues under warranty, there would be NO SUPPORT. I will be calling Tractor Supply customer service and explain this in hopes that they will stop selling this model.
