Q: When you open the top of this toolbox, is the tray attached to the top so that it automatically lifts up and out, sowing the contents below it?

Q: I realize the lid has a weather gasket, but is the top handle connection point (hinge) also water tight ?

Decent if found for cheap

The toolbox is very nice if found for a clearance price but would not pay full retail for it. It’s just another plastic box with a decent gasket to help keep out water.
