Here I am at Stanley's website and they don't even give anything more than the length of it how about the height and the width? Important for my application.

The internal dimensions for the STST19331 are 18 ¼ x 8 ½ x 8” and the exterior dimensions are 19.29"L x 9.84"W x 9.84"H.

Ok plastic toolbox, not sure about the tray inside

It's fine, an average plastic tool box. The tray doesn't seem to stay in place very well, and found it cheaper elsewhere after I already bought it:(
