Q: Is there any way to contact the manufacturer for product help? the bottom and middle drawer quit locking, only the top drawer locks with the lid down.

- A: Answer: Maybe two reasons caused this situation. 1. Reason 1: The consumer didn't close the bottom and middle drawers completely because of the damping design. Solution: Open the lid, pull the drawer into the end completely, and close the lid. 2. Reason 2: there is 3 lock tongue in the locking bar. If the tongue was deformed, the drawer cannot lock by the locking bar. Solution: Open the drawers, press the plastic switch on the sliders, and get the drawer out. Adjust the lock tongue parallel to the locking bar with hands or other tools, then assemble the drawers and close them completely. After these steps maybe solve the problem.5 years agoHelpful?

Great Value for My "Seasonal" Use. ( 4th of July )

This toolbox is perfect for what I need. Plenty room for the firework supplies that I use for our Backyard Fireworks display. Room for igniters, tie ins, zip ties, tape, break-out boards, test boards, different speed fuse, etc. Plenty room for the control box too!
