Lilac doing GREAT!!

My lilac is doing GREAT! I don't know why everyone else is having issues with theirs. I brought mine home last summer and soaked the roots/submerged in water for 24 hours in the sink, put them in a large pot with already wetted Miracle Gro soil and the plant is thriving! So much so, that I keep having to tie up the branches so they don't break. I have it in front of a window, inside my house and under a plant light. Its got at least 15 new sprouts as we speak, zero dead leaves or branches. I can't wait to put it outside when the weather gets warm! It should be a least 4 feet tall by then!

Dead on arrival

I bought six of these and planted them 6 weeks ago- none of them sprouted, they were all dead. There seems to be a major quality control issue- it's like a group of unsupervised high schoolers packed the bare root plants without any supervision or quality control- haphazardly shoved into a plastic bag, potting soil dumped in afterward, roots all askew- many not even "in" the potting soil but up against the side of the plastic bag, folded up and sticking out of the potting soil, etc. If they had been packed with some care, they may have all been viable, but as it was, they were all dead and dried up. Buyer beware.

It's, not a lilac

Bought this and waited over a year for it to flowers. Second year and it's not a lilac bush nor is it purple . Dissatisfied
