We're glad to hear the Pure Indulgence™ 2 Quart Ice Cream, Frozen Yogurt & Sorbet Maker was easy to assemble and use, but we're sorry the consistency of your frozen dessert was uneven. To help achieve a more uniform texture, we recommend ensuring ingredients are thoroughly chilled before churning, stopping the machine once the desired consistency is reached, and stirring the mixture before transferring it to the freezer, as over freezing can sometimes cause the mixture near the bowl walls to become harder than the rest.
