I hate using the microwave to defrost meats and sometimes forget to take out meat for dinner. Cuisinart’s BBQ Defrosting Tray makes my life so much easier! A pound of frozen ground beef defrosted in about 3 hours. Normally would have taken all day. A true timesaver! I love the thin design as it can be easily stored away. Just lay on a surface and set what you need thawed on top and it defrosts quicker then if you had just set on the counter. It has grooves that allow air to pass underneath so it defrost all the way around evenly. I definitely recommend to others!
