- PRESCRIPTION REQUIRED: Credelio Quattro / Credelio Quattro-CA1 is a prescription medication for puppies and dogs at least 8 weeks old and weighing at least 3.3 lbs.
Lotilaner, Moxidectin, Praziquantel, and Pyrantel
Use as directed by your Veterinarian.
Credelio Quattro is given orally once a month, at the minimum dosage of 9mg/lb (20mg/kg) lotilaner, 0.009 mg/lb (0.02 mg/kg) moxidectin, 2.28 mg/lb (5mg/kg) praziquantel and 2.28 mg/lb (5mg/kg) pyrantel )as pamoate salt). Quattro must be administered with food. Care should be taken to ensure that the dog consumes the complete dose. If vomiting occurs within an hour after administration, readminister a new dose. If a dose is missed, give Credelio Quattro immediately and resume a monthly dosing schedule.
Prior to use, dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infections and treated at the discretion of your veterinarian. Administer orally once monthly and with food.
For dogs > 100 lb., administer the appropriate combination of tablets
