Made with an antiseptic solution, Douxo S3 PYO Antiseptic Antifungal Shampoo is made to contain phytosphingosine salicyloyl (0.05%) and chlorhexidine, chlorhexidine (3%) and lipacide c8g (2.5%). It has significant antiseptic properties.

It contains a modified pro-ceramide called phytosphingosine salicyloyl. It has antiseborrheic properties that aid in the controlling of cutaneous disorders related to pyoderma.

This lipo-amino-acid activity is similar to that of chlorhexidine. Additionally, Lipacide provides moisturize and restructures through the development of a lipo-protein film depositing onto skin. The film lasts a long time and is resistant to water which works by protecting skin from moisture loss and irritation.
