    Great product, sub-par assistance

    The product is excellent. I use it for heavy duty tree work on my 50 horse power tractor. However, I must say the sales associates at every location I've visited in central Florida know absolutely nothing about tractors and hydraulics. I encourage the company to train their employees about tractors. Its in the company name and, at this point, i find it a bit deceiving.
