note unavailable part for plow

While I do like the plow and would recomend it, the recomendation would come with a caution note, Tractor supply dose not carry the Gage Wheel for ajusting the plowing depth. This is important if you do not have the newer tractors with the hydrolic sencering gage on the three point hitch. The culter wheel is also an extra that needs to be ordered seperately if you want it, and I recomend you get it if you want to keep your tractor pointed streight down the row.

Doesn't work good. This doesn't roll the furrow over well enough, either the mold bolds aren't angled correctly or they need bracing like on other brands so they won't flex, or this unit could use a roll over added plate above the mold board like other old plow models. No matter what 3 pt adjustment you make it doesn't roll the furrow over well.

Ordered this plow 12 April for a pickup on 25 Apr. Had to call the store on the 22nd to inform them that it had arrived. Picked up and noticed 90% of the powder coat bubbling and peeling. Along with other various scratches and gouges. This unit also had a bent support for the top link. Had to make 3 separate calls to TSC to try and correct and their only solution was to have myself drop off the unit (80mi round trip) and wait another 2-3 weeks or take essentially the tax off. Job needed done and will never make a large purchase from TSC again.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Worth the Money!

Great piece of equipment, well built out of heavy steel. I turned over about an acre of dirt with it without any problems. Used my 55 hp 4wd tractor.
