Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it. I bought this to use around ballfields. We are fixing up an old baseball field and building a new baseball field. I hooked it to my John Deere 1023e. It took about 10 minutes to get it hooked up the first time and 2 minutes to unhook it. The limestone was packed hard but wet. It went right through it. I did 1260 ft of warning track in about 35 minutes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from tough I bought this a month ago after researching a ton of options. I was a little skeptical at this price point as it looks a little flimsy on the website pictures. I can assure you it is not. I use my John Deere 1023e to pull it and it pairs nicely with my tractor. Its a lot more heavy duty than I thought it would be and has sufficient weight to dig into hard soil. If I do not use 4wd my tractor will just spin the tires once the cultivator starts digging. So far I have used it to tear up about 500 square feet of hard packed soil to plant grass seed and it does a fine job. It took a few passes but did well breaking up the dirt a few inches down. The paint looks like it will hold up fine during the long term. I use a quick hitch on my tractor and it works okay with the cultivator. I think it could have been designed better for this style of connection but it works fine, its just a little tricky getting it unhooked. If I had to say something negative it would be that it doesn't have a parking stand. Its seems that most cat 1 implements do not have parking stands which seems a little silly as they are still heavy to move by hand. In conclusion, I think if you are looking for a cultivator to use with a smaller size tractor this is a good option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works as it Should Purchased this cultivator after looking at used ones and didn't want to invest time into something just to get it to work. This cultivator does the job. Every so often I have to tighten the tines but that's expected. So sway what so ever. Those who complain about sway its has to be tractor related and not the implement. I cultivated 3 acres of pumpkins and it even ripped roots out of the ground!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cultivator works great. Used on two ¼ acre food plots which had recently been plowed. It worked great! No sway at all and the sweeps dug really well. Maybe the trick is to make sure your turnbuckles are tight before you start using it? In fact I was so impressed, I experimented by using it in a small (100’ x 30’) sandy loam area which had not been plowed and it tore the ground up fine. I did have to tighten the bolts on the shanks between uses, but that should be expected.
