Cold Steel 3.5 in. AD-15 Lite Folding Knife

Durable, sharp, and fits well in my hand. It’s a good looking knife as well. It fits well in my cargo pocket and the clip slips on and off the pocket fabric without issue. I do not like the scorpion lock system. I will research and choose Cold Steel folding knife without that locking system in the future.

Great knife BUT, it takes some getting used to, but it is now my EDC knife. Well my EDC when I'm not at: HIT, U-Mary, Dynamic Solutions, Sanford, or at the other branch of Sanford. I think that it is perfect for: US HUNTERS, your survival backpack, your Boy Scout Backpack (or your Girl Scout backpack), &/or your hiking or outdoor stuff!

First knife was 4 Max Scout , which was a little too large for comfort for an everyday carry. This was my second knife and I love it. The Scorpion lock is easy and fun to engage/release and the blade feels solid in locked position. Perfect size. This knife made me a Cold Steel fan. Shopping for an Atlas lock right now.

The Cold Steel AD15 LITE is a fantastic EDC for the following reasons: It is relatively lightweight for its size, The 3.5" AUS10A steel came razor-sharp out of the box, with absolutely rock-solid deployment, with zero blade play in any direction. The Scorpion lock is unique, and seems quite robust indeed, since the hand squeezes it, which simply reinforces the very solid lockup. The Griv-Ex scales are textured without being rough, and the handle pattern combined with the shape, makes for a very solid grip. Overall, a highly functional, robust, and extremely sharp EDC...Highly recommended!
