- A: That stuff can be used to clean ANYTHING!! I even use it in my washing machine with my laundry it gets everything so much cleaner!! But yes spray it on and hit it with a wire brush after about 5-10 mins of it sitting and wash it off real good if u put food directly on the grate I wouldn’t recommend it might make ur food not taste good5 years agoHelpful?

Purple Power in laundry

Used to remove oil and grease spots from clothes, but it didn't work as well as I had hoped. This is not the intended use for the product, so I can't complain too much

I've been using Purple Power for years now after using Greased Lightning for years before that. I mostly use this in my garage and it does a fantastic job cleaning everything from oil and grease off my concrete floor to washing the worst messes off my hands.
