The Chief 3 in. Bore x 48 in. Stroke AT Alternative to Tie-Rod Cylinder features a snap ring on the rod end gland for easy field repair. Unlike a tie-rod, there are no bolts; simply remove the snap ring and you're ready to replace the cylinder's seals. This welded hydraulic cylinder provides value pricing without sacrificing quality. Rudely treated

As far as the cylinders they looked fine. The problem is I or them online at my local TSC, I picked them up but didn't open them for a week or so. Then I discovered they were not what I wanted, i want 2" not three. So I took them back to the Portland IN TSC, and was treated very rudely by the manager since I didn't have a receipt. He did finally look at his computer and could see that I purchased them, and got my return completed. I not sure if I'll be back to TSC, I don't appreciate the way I was treated
