This truck winch features a 3.6 HP, 12V DC series-wound motor and a 10,000-lb. rated line pull for demanding recovery jobs. A 216:1 gear reduction ratio delivers line speeds of 3.9 FPM under full load and 15.7 FPM with no load. The 85 ft. x 3/8 in. galvanized super-duty aircraft cable is designed to resist fraying in abrasive terrain such as rocks, mud and sand. A roller fairlead guides the cable onto the 2.5 in. x 8.8 in. drum for smooth operation and helps maximize cable life. The three-stage planetary gear system, dynamic braking system and free-spooling clutch provide controlled winching performance. A hand-held quick-connect remote control with a 12 ft. cable offers convenient control from a safe distance.
