Came with some pretty good scratches out of the box, some of which seem to have been during powder coat before getting baked but its going to get scratched up anyways. Handles are good but took some adjustment to get the bolt holes to line up. I went with a PoleStar 12,000 lb. winch instead of a Traveller. I looked through the manuals before hand and it looked like it would mount fine, and it does bolt on, but it is definitely tight! Fairlead has to bolt on first as those mounting bolts touch the winch, and getting the bottom mounting bolts was a squeeze. Had to use long needle nose to get the square nuts into the underside of the winch as there is no way to get your fingers in there. Will have to wait and see how the mount holds up. Its decently thick plate, but who knows how it will hold under stress.

I installed a Traveler 10K LB winch into this mounting plate and it has worked just fine. I have it mounted on my Ford F350 so that I can move it to the front or back of my truck. I have tested it out and it works as designed.

Tractor supply doesn't appear to carry or sell a winch mount for their TravellerX series winch. The quick mounting plate not any other plate they have works. I was forced to buy, modify and fabricate a hitch mount in order to use the TravellerX 7500lb winch I'd bought.

Says fits all Traveller Winches. It does not, I purchased the Traveller X 7500lb, it is too wide with the fairlead/led and the bottom holes do not line up. I had to modify it ans the winch fairlead
