Poor communication and customer service

Ordered a 9’ stock tank and received a tracking number, which stated it would arrive a week later. When the projected day of arrival came & I received no notification, I checked the tracking number again and it hadn’t even been picked up by the carrier. I called customer service to wait on hold for 50 minutes & when my call was finally answered I spent another 30 minutes while the representative tried getting in touch with the carrier. She ultimately came to the conclusion of “when she heard from the carrier she would email me the new projected delivery date. I never heard back from her. It is now 3 weeks after the initial order and I still haven’t received any email update or any word on where the tank is.
I did however receive a “tell us about your experience” email from tractor supply, so here we are.
Customer service is sub par to say the least, tractor supply do better.
No, I do not recommend this product.
