My Husband and I were talking about getting a new trailer. I looked on the website and seen what we were looking for. I called and they had 1 and it was on sale. The Lord made away and we bought it!!

From a distance my trailer looks really sharp! But once you are up close to it, the quality becomes apparent. I've only pulled it 10 miles from the dealer's lot to my house, and inspected it more closely when I got home. * It has an inspection sticker with the date, code #, and trailer #, (but no data). *There are gaps in the silicone sealant at the top of the trailer, just at the front on left and right sides where the side sheeting and aluminum trim curve to form the Vee-nose, they don't have quite the same radius. More care should have been taken to put a wider bead in this area. *The rubber ripped pretty much immediately on the side door hold-back. * The L.E.D. marker lights on the sides were installed crooked, (minor detail, but was simple to do correctly at the factory, but easy to straighten by me) * Poor quality looking welds on frame at front of trailer, (lots of spatter and probably the shield gas pressure was too low.) I can do lots better and I'm an amateur/ hobby welder. * Paint on the hitch has poor adhesion, probably from poor prep with solvent, (surface was still oily from manufacture when it was painted to match the frame) * All three clearance lights at rear of trailer above the door were not connected, (they were concealed by aluminum covers but one of the wires happened to be sticking out from behind) * Wiring harness had been pinched or ripped in two by the hitch, so there were no tail or clearance lights(dealer fixed immediately when I picked it up though) * The aluminum tread plate at the front of trailer was bent up where it was cut to fit around the frame, (can be easily fixed) *The aluminum around the hinges below the ramp door was cut too large and crooked. * This trailer is marketed as a 6' x 12' (72" x 144") but is actually 68" x 141", measured from the ramp door to the Vee. * The paint quality on the frame of the roof of trailer is very poor lots of drips and runs, but sufficient thickness. The trailer will function fine for me once i get the lights working and the trailer sealed well, but I was expecting better quality. Maybe my experience was unique, but the reason for buying instead of building one was to have the "professionally built" look.
