The Pants lack Quality

Very disappointed with the pants. The fit is bad compared to the Carhartt's I previously purchased. The weight of the material is thin and not nearly as substantial as my previous purchases. Carhartt why did you discontinue my beloved pants? It appears to me Carhartt has gone "commercial" and is now cutting back on quality (the one thing I really liked about the company) in an effort to maximize profits. If this lack of quality continues I will be purchasing from another source and leave Carhartt permanently.

Good quality jeans

I've been buying Carhartt jeans for quite a few years now. I like the fit & quality but, all of them tear at the same spot after a while. They tear at the left rear pocket, upper right-hand side, every pair I have. Other than that, they are great. I'm probably not the only one that has this happening. You should look into it.
