The Ultra Quiet & Oil-Free Air Compressor is designed to be one of the quietest 1.0 horsepower air compressors in the industry producing a mere 40 decibels! The powerful 1 HP motor operates at 1400 RPM creating less noise, vibration and wear. The CAT-MP100LF Motor/Pump is tested for a minimum pump life of 4000 hours before service with 30% more life before repair. The Oil-Free Dual Piston Pump System is engineered for longevity, high performance and durability. The large 8.0 gal. steel air tank is internally coated with epoxy to prevent any corrosion. The complete Soundproof Cabinet is 125 lb. and has two latching doors that allow for easy access to the compressor and components. The two cabinet exhaust fans are used to remove the air from the cabinet to a cool working condition for the air compressor. The 4 caster wheels makes moving the air compressor from location to location very easy. The Soundproof Cabinet is made of a sturdy metal frame with 1/4 in. Acoustic Sound Proofing Foam insulation to reduce the noise by 30%. This air compressor is ideal for anyone working inside (office, shop, store, warehouse or home) where noise is a major issue.
