Easy to clean and fill in cold

The feeder is easier to add suet since the top slides up and out of the way, and you just drop in a replacement. The wire feeder is difficult to fill with suet, so I'll be replacing the rest of my wire cage suet wire feeders with the top-fill feeders.

Loved by the birds and me!

I bought this in hopes that our neighborhood pileated woodpecker will come by. I haven't seen him but the other woodpeckers love it. It is sturdy and easy to fill and hang. Highly recommended.
