Not super smelly and easy to use

This stuff actually surprised myself and my family. We weren’t 100% if it’d work or not so we sprayed a small section (pictured below) and it actually did work and our grass started growing healthier (also pictured below) the smell wasn’t horrible and I’m sure it was safe however, we made sure to keep dogs and kiddo away from the area for the duration.

Easy to apply

I applied this to my lawn and it took care of the brown patches on my lawn . Very easy to use ! Just connect a garden hose. Very happy with the result.i used the product 2 times about 3 weeks apart. The appearance of my lawn is noticeable

Lawn care at your hands

I had a few brown spots that popped up randomly out of nowhere so I was excited to try this. It seemed to work well. Spray bottle was very easy to use and came out easily.

Best option for the price and actually works!

This bio advanced fungus control for our lawn has literally saved it! Our lawn was filled with dark patches, and my husband took a soil sample to the town and it was fungus. Once we started using this spray, our lawn turned back to life. As you can see in the photo it is now green and lush. We are already on our fourth bottle. My husband is truly a believer and so am I! A little bit goes a long way because the formula is so concentrated. We were able to do our front lawn and our back lawn with one bottle.
