I bought this product and the sprayer hose wouldn’t plug into the flip cap opening. The company sent me a new sprayer and dip tube, and it works great. Really appreciate the prompt response.

I've just used this BioAdvanced product on a huge ornamental cherry tree in my backyard. I noticed frass all around the ground, and had to call an arborist to see what it was and what I should do. Carpenter ants, he explained, nesting and feeding on dead wood, within the tree trunk (he attributed the original damage to unprofessional pruning in the past. Turns out, you can't just lop off branches, willy-nilly.). He put down a long-acting fungicide, to try to stop any further wood decay inside the trunk. He also advised me to spray a carpenter ant pesticide. I did this for the first time about 4 days ago, and the ants scurried. I went out a couple days later and saw that there were still ants moving around...though not so many. I think I also saw a termite. Anyway, I've just reapplied BioAdvanced. It's too early to tell whether this is sufficient to end the infestation, So I can't yet offer a final review. I can say product is easy to use, and clearly, it killed loads of carpenter ants on contact. We'll see if it gets the rest . I just have to save this tree!

I have used this product for 5 years outside and indoor of my house and l will continue using. I use it regardless of seeing insects around the outside of inside. It works and it's easy to use. I would recommend this product to anyone.
