- A: Hi, Here is the process for TSC - Online Returns are easy! Simply click on the Orders Status button on the top of the site. If you're a registered user, log in, go the "order history" page, and click the "ReturnsFAQ" button next to the order that contains the items you want to return. Not a registered user? Enter your order details on the order lookup page, and then click on the "ReturnsFAQ" button to initiate the ReturnsFAQ process. Once you've clicked "Returns" within the order that contains the items you would like to return, select the item(s) you would like to return. Be sure to select the item, quantity, reason for return, and provide any additional comments. Next, simply choose whether you would like to bring your return into a store or if you would like to ship your return back and click "Submit". If you are shipping your item: Parcel: Please print off the return label and drop off your item at any UPS location. Truck Delivery: You will be contacted by delivery company to arrange pickup. You can refer to your order details page to monitor the status of your return. If you are bringing the returned item to the store: Great! We can't wait to see you!
