The Bayou Classic 10-in Banjo Burner is a force to be reckoned with! Just like every Bayou Classic burner, it requires a proper gas to air ratio. That ratio is maintained by the turn of the air shutter, the air shutter is held in place by the spring, and the brass fitting screws into the burner to hold it all together. With the proper connection, the burner can achieve low simmers all the way up to a raging inferno. Happy Cooking!
