Damaged goods.

I paid full price for some boots that came in damaged. This company has become too complacent and full of pride which is honestly repulsive. The fact that people spend almost 200 but they can't send undamaged ones the first time goes to show you how much they truly care.. obviously they offer exchanges but with the snow in my area, there's already delays plus my poor wife needs to use them as soon as possible. Highly disappointed.
No, I do not recommend this product.
