At first wearing, I had problems. Couldn't get it laced good enough. Finally figured out it's the huge, stiff label sewn to the tongue, and I removed the patch and it is now very useable. The only complaint I have is that the sole's material insulates me from "grounding" and I receive shocks when I touch anything metal when wearing them. They are comfortable though. After I removed the label. Others have complained about them coming unlaced, but I've had that problem with other footware and just make a granny knot out of the ears in the lacing knot after I have already tied them and it keeps them from becoming unlaced.

I had such severe foot pain each day and I worked on concrete floors for 8plus hours until I got these boots. I no longer have any foot pain. I would dread having to go to work and hate waking or standing and that was required until I got these boots. It’s like a miracle. I no longer have foot pain and can walk and no pain or limping and my feet don’t hurt. These boots are a miracle and would highly recommend them for anyone with plantar fasciitis problems.

These boots had a manufacturing defect. In the top of the toe box, there was a ridge that rubbed my feet. I returned them for a full refund.
