Q: Does the Boss Safety Boots come in wide sizes for woman?

2 Answers
  • A: I normally take a size seven and my feet are a little wide so I normally get a wide shoe... but because I wear thick socks in the winter I bought a 7.5 and they are very comfortable with my thick wool socks. There is plenty of room in them and they are the first pair of steel toe boots that have not hurt my feet. The are also wearing very well and I've had them almost a full year now. I plan on retiring next year so I think they will last until I'm done!! I actually forget I have them on when I get home :-)

DRY Shoes FINALLY

After work issued boots, cheap department store boots, and online boot wish promises, I found a boot that is dry and comfortable.

Highly recommend purchase.

Definitely runs large in size. I slightly sized up (7.5 instead of 7.0), as I have almost ridiculously wide feet, and it was the perfect width for me without being overly large. I had room for thicker socks, but I liked having a little room for my feet to swell in after hours of work. The toes stood up to 80lb dogs and ice filled coolers, if only I had that level of protection on my shins lol. The soles are nicely anti-slip going up and down wet boat ramps. The shoes seem well waterproofed, protecting me from splashes.

Almost perfect

Purchased March 17, 2022. I am a landscaper in Florida, wearing these boots every day Monday thru Friday through rain and heat. I need a steel toe shoe due to the machinery I work with daily. Safety first! I usually wear 6.5W shoe size. That is what I ordered and my feet swim in them with athletic white socks. I think there was a review that said they ran big, but even swimming in these boots they are very comfortable. I have stepped in deep puddles and never did the water penetrate making my feet wet. I have only used half the tread on the shoes. My Only Problem with them was I received a defective left shoe. I had to shoe goo the toe sole on about 4 months into wearing them every day to work. Then the heal came apart and I shoe goo'ed that back together. Now the toe sole is apart again with the tread separating as well. So 9 months later I need a new pair of work boots.
