Q: Can I buy extra sensors for this?

  • A: This display is NOT compatible with additional sensors. The correct replacement sensor for this model is #06009RMA1 / 00606TXA1. The unit can only connect to a single sensor at a time. Q: Does this remain lighted

  • A: This weather station’s color display features three different lighting settings: High (100%) brightness, Medium (60%) brightness and Low (15%) brightness. When display is powered with the power adapter, backlight remains on at 100% brightness. Press backlight button once to dim to 60% brightness; press again to dim to 15%, press a 3rd time to enter “AUTO DIM” mode. Using battery power alone, the backlight is only available momentarily by pressing the backlight button. Q: One review said that they could not find the place to plug in the power adapter. It took me a few minutes to find it, but it does have one. It’s on the very bottom and it plugs sideways so far so good I’m liking it.

Q: why is there a power cord included?

Q: Model 00506 came with an electrical adaptor, but there is no place to plug into the unit. WHY??????

Q: How do I get my future forecast to work

  • A: We set it up according to directions. The directions say to wait some amount (2 weeks maybe) of time for the device to “learn”.  After that period of time the future forecast showed up.

Works Great

I was looking for a simple weather station with temp, humidity and baro. This one checked all of the boxes. Set up was a breeze.
