OK, face it. 14ga welded wire fencing is not going to stop a bear or a moose. But for small livestock, this is a perfect height and gauge. We set wood posts at the corners and t-posts every 8 feet. We used a home made fence stretcher, which worked very well with this fencing. It unrolled nicely -- it can be done by one person. We attached the stretcher to a come-along and tightened the fence against the t-posts and then clipped them in place. We used the clip-binder that we got from TCS. We love that tool. My son and I were able to construct two livestock fences in almost no time at all. I would recommend this product to anyone with small livestock.

The fence went up without any problems. The goats have been rubbing on it, which has popped some of the welds, but I think that’s a goat problem, not a fence problem.
