Probiotic Chews not good for my dog

My dog has always had a sensitive stomach. I have to make sure she doesn't get fed table scraps or some other dog's food as it will mess with her digestion and either cause diarhea or constipation. That being said, these probiotic chews are not for her...she suddenly started drinking way more water then usual and having urgent needs to pee, then her poops became less often, and now she is eating grass and throwing it up...She has only been taking for about 10 days, but we are going to quit
