My dog got the bully stick out of this in less than five minutes. He had the whole bully stick in his mouth and down his throat, and it was a whole ordeal to pry it out of his mouth as he was choking and vomiting. Big waste of my money and my sanity.

I am totally sold on all the Woof products, I given some as gifts and I’ve told my dog friends about it. However, sometime last year I accidentally signed up for regular monthly supplies. I have a rather small dog who can’t possibly eat all that is sent and I have literally run out of storage room. I actually would never on purpose have what I keep receiving as a regular subscription order. I have tried to contact via several emails pleading people at Woof to PLEASE cancel this unwanted subscription. This has gone on for months, no response from anyone in your company. I have only best wishes for your success but if this is the way you run your company at this point filling unwanted merchandise and charging me a monthly fee, it can become very uncomfortable for you. Especially because I have tried several times to contact your company to end this subscription and to be completely ignored is incompetence. I’m hoping someone will have the good business manners to contact me and let me know my subscription is canceled.

This was great while it lasted but unfortunately it only took 20 mins of not paying attention for my super chewer 30lb pit bull mix to destroy it to the point that it is literally unusable. It lasted exactly two weeks. She managed to wiggle the last bit of bully stick out and chewed the screw end of the holder so now it won’t screw back in enough to hold a stick. A separate issue is that in every bag of sticks (bully or collagen), at least one is too big to fit into the bully safe so it ends up being a waste for our dog who can’t be trusted with a stick without a holder.

My pups love bully sticks and this helps them last a little longer and keeps them safe.
