Finally had to throw it away

While we love the concept, and our dog enjoys licking the pupcicle, we finally got tired of trying the open this after use. Despite all of our efforts, including oiling the threads before closing it and using a vise to hold it while unscrewing it, we have finally given up. It’s just too much trouble. And don’t think we gave up right away - we used it for months, struggling each time we had to open it again, before we became just too frustrated. Sad, but true.

    Epic Fail

I purchased the walkabout ball to keep my Lab entertained while rewarding with treats. He had this apart in a few minutes. I thought maybe I didn’t have it sealed correctly and tried again - and again, he had it apart (see photo) and chewed the plastic insert in a matter of minutes. This was a total disappointment and I am not pleased with the quality. Stick with the KONG Wobbler - I have had them for years with no issues. I thought this was going to be something worth the money - don’t waste your time!

    Small problem

My Miniature American Shepherd loves your product!! The only problem is when he licks the refill pops he gets bad diarrhea . We have tried the PB and Beef, and the PB and Beef Calming ones. I am wondering if they are too "rich" for his sensitive stomach?? I have several of the refill pops left, but can't use them. Any suggestions?? Thank you. Judi (and Gunner)

I love it so much but….

We call this the lick ball and it is such a life saver. Our 75lb goldendoodle spends about 30ish minutes rolling around his ball licking away with the pre made calming treats and then takes a sweet little snooze BUT i have to mentally prepare to open it up afterwards because for some reason it becomes glued together once he’s done and i feel like im going to have a stroke trying to get it open. I thought i was just a weak loser but i have seen other people comment that they struggle to get it open too. I really want to give it a 5 because our dog loves it so much and it does exactly what it’s supposed to but it is the bane of my existence when i have to get it open
