I just bought these boots for a trip to Australia. They were amazing! They came practically broken in right out of the box, as have almost all of the Ariat boot I've owned have. They were great to wear walking around in the city and looked cute enough as "chelsea" boots with jeans to go to a nice-ish dinner. They felt great when riding horses through the mountains and stayed confortable in the saddle on the trails with the slightly heel. They also did well walking through the mountains and walking in the Rainforest. They were able to handle walking on rocky, dusty trails and on slippery rocks and wet ground. I'd highly recommend these boots for a well rounded shoe that can handle being a little cute, walking around in wet, mucky, muddy or dirty conditions and also spending some time in the saddle out in the trail. I put almost 80 miles on these boots in two weeks and they really held up nicely. They look stylish, feel great, and can work in almost any scenario.

Bought these boots in black, in 2 sizes to get the right fit. I went up 1//2 size from the side zip Ariat barnyard boots that I have ordered for (on my 3rd pair.) Thought I would try a different style this time. They feel like a LOT of boot compared to the side zip style. They feel snug when you put them on, but within minutes of walking around - they feel perfect. I still prefer the side zip style - but these are definitely a keeper and I know my feet will stay warm and dry this fall and winter! Highlyl recommend

I really liked the way these boots looked but, unfortunately, they bit into my ankles when I walked in them. It is probably the way I'm built, so I had to return them. The return was super quick and easy, though!

These are great boots for wearing around the bath. Very comfy with a minimal breaking in period. I washed my horse yesterday and can attest the boots are indeed waterproof! They would be easier to put on with a loop in front in addition to the one one the heel but that's a minor thing.
