- A: Hi Neighbor! Based on aggregated customer feedback and sizing guides, you should size down a 1/2 size from your standard street shoe size. Sizing down a full size is too drastic and will likely make the boot restrictive, especially across the instep and toe box.16 hours agoHelpful?

I love my new ariat Terrain waterproof zip up shoes. They slip on easily and the zipper seems durable! I have worn ariat waterproof terrain lace ups for a while and thought I would give these a try. I was not disappointed!!

Very comfortable boots

I love these boots! I'm so tired of lacing up boots. I can zip these up for more snug fit or not all the way up for a more relaxed fit. This is my 2nd pair. My first pair are my barn boots. They take a beating thru mucking, mud, water, riding, walking trails, etc. I haven't them for a year yet and they are still going strong. They will truly earn the 5 stars if they last more than a year, which is usually how long my previous lace-up terrains last. I bought the 2nd pair for a trip where I would be hiking, riding and just general walking around. I needed a fresh pair for this 😊. I have found there is no break in time needed. I went hiking in these boots right out of the box. I find they are roomy enough for some more cushy insoles and that's what I always do.
