Great for riding and hiking

Purchased 3 pairs of these— one for me, my husband, and son for a trip out west where we spent 4-6 hours per day in the saddle and then spent time hiking around Yellowstone. These boots did not disappoint, they are way more comfortable than my paddock boots I wear riding at home, since they have a wider toe box they are more comfortable for long trial rides. After wiping them off from the dust, they still look almost new. The strings seem to be getting worn so I will probably swap them out soon,

Long time lover of Ariat boots.... BUT it is not up to your normal standards. After weeks of wearing I still feel like they need to be broke in. Cushing is not as robust, rubs on one heel.

I've been wearing the Terrain boot style for the past 21 years. It's one of the only boot styles that I can work or hike in all day and not hurt at the end of the day. I have arch issues along with weak ankles.
I just ordered my new pair (The last pair I had lasted 2 1/2 yrs before the sole started coming apart), and Ariat is still making these the same great quality. I love the fact that I can order them online and know that they haven't changed the style.
Just as a note for in 2 years when I need to buy my next pair, please bring back the pink and yellow Southwest coloring! :)
