    I’m very disappointed with the websites ordering system. I first ordered online myself a size 11/12, I went to store for pick up and received a 7/8. Returned it at the store and an associate helped me reorder a 11/12, even printed out a slip confirming correct size, I then again received a 7/8 at the store. Returned it again and ordered the correct size through another seller. Your website is wonky. Besides that the boots are just fine.
