Attractive boots

I bought these boots for my two year old grandson who was going to be a fireman for Halloween. The boots are adorable, but very heavy. They are marketed as toddler boots so we were surprised at the weight. My grandson could not walk in them; he couldn’t even pick up his feet with them on. We tried practicing with him before trick or treating, but all he could do was shuffle. He ended up using one of the boots as a candy holder when he went trick or treating.
